pa$$prop.dll from memory allows you to lock out the administrator account.

in WIn2000 server yu cannot lock the Admin account. However in NT 4 server
ther is a way to enable the Administrator account to be locked.

Doh! forgot that by default the administrator account cannot be locked out!
The only thing I can think of is that the administrator account was deleted
and then some time later added back in and given domain admins rights etc
etc etc. If this occured I would expect the SID associated with the new
administrator account be different from the original administrator account
SID. The SID is more than likely the key.

Yes, the password was just changed. The issue is though that the
administrator password should not be able to get locked out. But it is.
Not sure how since passprop tells me it can't be. That is really what I am
looking for. I know how it is getting locked out just not why....
