Does the DC have a static ip addy.  Check your Event Logs for ip addy
conflicts.  Is is a multi-homed box (dual nic cards).

If seen this happens where a nic was disabled because the host name was
already in use with another ip.  In a conflict like this, one nic is
disabled.
