Any chance the server has the NWLink IPX/SPX Protocol loaded?  This can
happen if two servers with NWLink IPX/SPX Protocol have the same Internal
Network Number. Configuring the computers to have different Internal Network
Numbers corrects the problem.

Sorry I forgot to mention that, it does have a static IP, and there's only
one NIC.  It is a WINS & DHCP server, I'm wondering if this could be a
problem?

Since all Win2k clients can connect and NT (& 9x I think) can't, I thought
it would be WINS related..?
