Any chance the server has the NWLink IPX/SPX Protocol loaded? This can happen if two servers with NWLink IPX/SPX Protocol have the same Internal Network Number. Configuring the computers to have different Internal Network Numbers corrects the problem.

It is a WINS & DHCP server, I'm wondering if this could be a problem? Since all Win2k clients can connect and NT (& 9x I think) can't, I thought it would be WINS related..? -Warren > Does the DC have a static ip addy. Check your Event Logs for > ip addy conflicts.
