Marvin, I have to ask: why are you wanting to upgrade a server to Win2K (or introduce it) in your NT4.0 domain, and not wanting to make it the DC? Certainly 2K Server allows for NT4.0 BDC's, but a 2K server CANNOT be a BDC.
