When you shutdown Windows 2000 into "Hibernation" mode, it takes a
"snapshot" of its current state and records it all to disk.  Then when
you reboot your computer, it will re-read this "snapshot" from disk and
load itself back into the same state in which you left it.

This file is one of those snapshots, and you can delete it.
