Win2K RRAS does work with an NT 4.0 PDC as that is what I have set up here. You may want to make sure that you are getting a valid IP address when you are connected. Also, try pinging your PDC once you are connected both by IP address and servername. If you don't get a response when pinging by server name, try adding LMHOSTS entries on the workstation pointing to that domain controller.
