You can use sissandra but I don't think any software can pinpoint it as even
sis sandra is run it will hung up and so no log file is there to verify the
cause of it. Pls do check whether the fan on CPU is cooling ur CPU and its
cooling properly because if cooling is not proper than also machine hangs.
As for the keyboard if u are using any kind of covertor than don't use it
and if possible change the keyboard and check it. or may be ur motherboard
port has a problem
normally keyboard won't have problems with ur Operating System
