Thanks for responding, Mr. Molk.  I was hoping to get some idea of what
others are doing.  I've talked to several that went ahead and used their
external FQDN (in my case octech.edu).  I'm wondering what the argument
would be to do otherwise.  Only a few servers will ever be accessed from
outside the firewall, and I keep everything behind it along with using
ACLs on my router.
