On the Novell server if a user does not have filescan permissions they cannot even see the folder in the browser window. Is there a comparable permission I can remove with Microsoft? The problem is with Novell we are mapping H:\ to a departmental folder which also has all the home directories for that department. I do not want everyone in the department to see everyone elses home folders. If they are visible they will attempt to click and get the access denied message and start asking questions about why they cannot get to it. Any solutions?
