1) The Language Bar on the taskbar will not go away. Everytime I boot up, the Language Bar is enabled. I'll disable it, then at the next reboot it will be back again. Whether or not the taskbar is locked seems to have no effect. PC is not a member of a domain and no local policies are in affect.
Click the drop down arrow for the language bar and go to settings. In the dialog box clear the check box which reads "Use the Language Bar".
