Sorry just getting back to people.... Our DNS is not for our Internal Domain yet we are getting there. As of Right now the Internal DNS Servers are only for Caching. Before the Change they were using External Servers only

Just delete them. Reduce your lease time to 30 min and run a little while like that. Reboot all machines to update, reconfig the lease time back up to 8 days and your problems should disappear. Also, depending upon your network equipment, I would flush the arp cache of the router(s) and switches.
