Has anyone setup Microsoft's Shutdown Event Tracker successfully in a Win2000 environment? I know the utility is designed for XP, but I was wondering if anyone has gotten it fully functional for 2000. I have edited my registry, just as you would in XP, which causes the Shutdown Reason window to appear at shutdown, but I can not get the reason codes to log in the Event Viewer. If no one has set this up successfully in 2000, I would appreciate any similar utilities that you may be using. Thanks.
