My apology for not being clear. All workstations are W2K-Prof on NT4.0 domain. And no, we're not changing machine, we're just join them to the new W2K domain.

Sorry, by desktop I meant the desktop PC, not desktop folder. You should be able to throw W2K right on top of NT4. If you're just upgrading the OS it should go very easily unless there isn't enough disk space on C:. If you are changing domains or machines that's a different story. If it's just the deskop you can simply plop W2K over the top of NT4 and it's amaizingly painless - I did this for a client and it went flawless.
