A customer has an NT 4 SP6a server that we are trying to schedule a backup on.
The backup is a simple batch file that copies several directories onto a DVD. Problem is that we want this to run under a specific account, but the schedule service is not letting him change from the system account to a named account in the 'Log on as' dialog - the option to log on as a specific account is greyed out (the radio button and the account field). You can't change from the default system account option. I haven't checked to see if all the services have the same problem, but my assumption is they do. Anyone seen such a thing? I'd give better details except I'm not onsite with the machine yet. I will be in a couple of hours.
