No, Our AD domain is "NAMFG.COM" and our netbios domain is "CSDOMAIN" (DCPROMO automagically picked that up when we upgraded the NT4 DC).... Still haven't been able to resolve the issue of not being able to properly run the admin tools on any machine but the AD DC... Haven't upgraded any of the BDC's to 2000/AD yet......

Also DCPROMO will let you select the same name (actuals it defaults to the tne Netbios name) you will have to change it.
