Open it up and double click on secure server.

Under the IP Sec rules uncheck all IP traffic, or run through the properties
of that rule.

Perhaps that will help you. If not just reset the settings the way they
were.

Don't know just throwing some ideas at you.

Yes there is a IP Security section under LSP but no mention of disabling
IPSEC.
I can manage and create a policy but not disable the service. Unless you
mean remove IP Security??

If there is no IP Securities section under LSP then your server is severely
messed up.

Subject: IPSEC

I need Contivity VPN to connect to my company's intranet and exchange server
for email. I had no problems loading it on my Win2K laptop and was going to
load it on my desktop when I got an error message on startup of the program
that said first that there was an overlapped I/O operation and that I had to
disable MS IPSEC and restart. When I went to services it is not listed and I
do not see it running in Computer Management or anywhere else that I can
think of to check. But the error message continues. Is there some where else
besides Admin tools/Services that I can look?? Is there a way to disable a
service by a command line or in the registry?
