I have a fairly generic question: How does everyone handle the situation when somebody gets married and their last name changes. I am looking into creating some sort of I.T. request form, and am looking for migration methods that Domain Admins are either using or have used to change not only the user name but their mailbox as well. Any suggestions welcome, and thanks again....
