We handle it like any other support ticket, but here's a list of what we change (going from memory here)
-change all usernames (AD, any other systems) -change display name in Exchange to 'Firstname Newlastname (Oldlastname)' -update employee listing on the Intranet That's really all we do ------------------------------------------------------ Roger D.
