POP is a mailbox reading protocol, so your Exchange sends mail to POP3 
clients, it doesn't receive mail vi POP.  That's what SMTP is used for.

A user's mail a program has a "pop3 (or imap4) server" setting for reading 
mail, and an  "SMTP server" setting for sending mail.

and your DELete key is use for trimming messages.
