Here is our scenario:

Multiple Offices spread across multiple States, We are running AD with 1 DC In Atlanta
and 2 in GVL. We are looking to place File Servers in both locations.
This company currently has no file shares configured, from Home Directories to
Corporate Shares to Departmental Shares. Now I have the task to convince management
that they are needed (Not so much of a problem) but I want to make it easy on the user
as well as myself.
I was thinking that I could set up the Home Directory Share structure like this
Example ( I will use ATLGA for Atlanta Ga and GVLSC for Greenville SC):

\\Server1\Users\GVLSC\%username% (for users in GVL they will be mapped directly to
their share)
\\Server2\Users\ATLGA\%Username% (for users in ATL they will be mapped directly to
their share)
This allows for Maximum performance (from what I can tell) also if I want to replicate
the GVLSC Folder to Atlanta for DR and vice versa I can.

Now What would you guys recommend for Corporate or Departmental Directories where the
Users are spread across states?

TIA,
Joshua
