A side note. I could not get the firmware on mine to clear by using the
reset button start. What I had to do was open the WR and do the same
procedure, but instead of using the reset button, I held down a little blue
button inside.

I have been through similar. Sonicwall isnt going to help. They just
provided WebRamp with firmware, they don't actually support it. 
You didn't say what model you have? Can you please?

Anyone here using a WebRamp firewall? Does anyone have the latest firmware?
