I have static WINS entries that say their owner is a machine that has been off for some time. How can I change the owner to a valid WINS server? Do I have to tombstone the entry and then add it to another WINS server? With a 1Ch record I was able to tombstone and re-enter it right from viewing that record's properties, but the other entries [00h, 03h, 20h] don't. Is there an import-export I must do?
