Thanks for your input. I actually will like the file to run at shutdown and not startup.

Use Task Schedule to schedule the batch file to run at Start Up.
i.e set up schedule task for the batch
Right click the schedule task to get to properties page
Click on Schedule tab
On Schedule task option box, pick run at startup.

Hope this help.

Cheers!

Subject: Run Application on Reboot

Hello Everyone
Does anyone know how to easily run an application automatically when a
server reboots ? For example, how or what would i use to configure an
application such a batch file to run each time a server is rebooted by an
administrator or server operator ?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks
