We've got some folks that use it. Nothing particularly wrong with it, though it's a little tough to get Exchange to play nice with it. Most of my people still prefer their Exchange/Outlook address lists. If you have a predominantly sales-oriented company, it appears to do the CRM stuff pretty well.
