I really haven't found it all that bad on my network. The main issue was Exchange, and I was finally able to get its mail client to authenticate to the server. Another potential issue is storage of all related documents, as it certainly will fracture SIS. If you use all the security and admin features, it could suck up a lot of time. Other than that, I'm able to largely ignore it.
