We are actually looking at the same thing We made the decision to go with the scalar 100 I did look over the Overland NEO 4100 and it looks to be very similar except the scalar can hold 2 more drives (6) than the Overland (4) I also think that the scalar hold more tapes, but I would have to review the specs again. Scalar also had one of the best reputations If you by an IBM LTO tape library what you are getting is a Scalar library with the IBM logo (and paying may thousands more)
