Are you running MS Exchange server? Are their messages being delivered to a
local .PST or their mailbox when they log onto the LAN? Have you tried
having them change the setting while logged into the LAN first?

Subject: OT OUTLOOK XP SYNC

Hi

Hope you can help.....

I have a whole network of people who use their Deleted Items as a storage
area (I have tried to get them to stop). The worst offenders seem to be
laptop users who do most of their mail work out of the office.

The problem is that changes made to the deleted items folder (deleting mail
from it) does not synchronise so when they come back in in the morning and
log onto the network, the mail messages are still there. I have checked the

send/receive settings, but the folder is selected for replication. Can
anyone help give advice or shoot me?

Thanks in advance.
