The latest on this. I ran the process and memory performance counters, and
they were flat - nothing at all.

However - we actually got an "out of memory error" today on one machine when
trying to load Explorer.  According to Task Manager, the RAM usage appears
to be creeping up, but reached less than 50% utlised before the problems
occur.

Anymore suggestions would be gratefully received - we are having to reboot
these machines every day.
