what would prevent a file from copying over to another server.   A job is
set up each night to ftp a file from one server to another, some nights it
is fine and others not.   The file copies if over as kodailytemp.txt and
when the file is finished copying it renames it to kodaily.txt.  It fails
while still copying.

any ideas
