I have several users using Outlook 2002 at their home office to connect to our Exchange 2000 server and they are all complaining about this issue (they are connecting to internet through 56k or ADSL connections). Users connecting through cable modem connections are less affected. Users using Outlook 2000 do not experience this issue at all.
