We are seeing similar issues here. Our outside users are complaining about the "Requesting information from the exchange server" dialog box popping up all the time and slowing them down. I have done some testing and the frequency of the popup seems to depend on the reliability of there internet connection, but these people are using the same connection that they were when running OL2000 and they did not experience any problems. Any thoughts?

Users connecting through cable modem connections are less affected. Users using Outlook 2000 do not experience this issue at all. ____________________________________ Albert Charron Administrateur systme - Trisotech Inc. I can literally sit here and see every mail as it's downloaded. In Outlook 2000 is was fast and dayum near transparent to the naked eye.
