Hello,

I am running on a Win2K server with following specs:
Win2K sp3
1GB MEM
50GB HDD
80 users
shared data folders

Problem: After running for about 10 -15 hours, the users could not
access the shared folders even I tried to click the shared directoires
at the server itself.

For example, when clicking C drive at the server, I can see all files.
But if I clicked the mapped drive //server/c$ in MyComputer, the drive
could not be accessed.

The server came back to normal upon rebooting, but it happens again
after 10-15 hours. Is this a cause of low memory? The server has 600MB
available.

Notes:
1. During the accessing problem, the server can be pinged both name and
ip address
2. During the accessing problem, the server accepts telnet port 25 and
terminal services.
3. I went to MyComputer-> manage -> down to system information->network
connections, I found my server's shared dirctories listed with local
drive names and remote names, but the status were degraded on its all
shared directories.

Anyone has idea?

Thanks for your help.

Thavee
