Hi, I have some programs that need to access the internet (the anti-virus is one of them) and require a Username and Password. I've found out that they store the username and password on the registry. The password is apparently "encoded".
Is there anyway for a user with to decrypt that information, or is it safe to have it there? Thanks in advance for any help or input.
