You'll find this information on a little sticker on the side or the back of the computer. It's in the model number. For example: a Deskpro 5233MMX has a Pentium 233 MMX processor.

If not, they should at least, be able to tell you which card it is in the system. Then you could just search for the drivers for that card. *on a side note, if its an ATI card, theres a site called "Rage 3d Tweak" or something like that (just google for it) that has some custom drivers that work quite well.
