Here William Vaughn says its 6, after which subsequent connections are
throttled.  So I was a little wrong.


You can distribute MSDE free with your app.  However you normally have to
buy a product that ships with it to get hold of the engine in the first
place - like Office 2000, OfficeXP, Visual Studio.NET, etc.

Please correct me if I am wrong here:)
