uninstall NAV via the un installer - complete uninstall

Reboot 2 times, look for NAV processes, look for NAV registry entries - if found, hunt and rename/remove.

Do an isinteg on your stores - good time to do an off-line defrag too :-)

Install Groupshield.

Have a service account created with a STRONG password, make it a member of Exchange Domain Servers, Enterprise Admins (follow instructions)

Add NetShield to the computer (to protect it) and make sure you EXCLUDE the Exchange MDBDATA folder!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone ever converted an Exchange 2000 server from Norton for Exchange to GroupShield 5.2 for Exchange?

Know what the issues are? Residual effects on performance / stability?
