yes. Just pop in and the rebuild will begin. If you want to speed things up a bit (a the cost of performance) go into the array controller and right click on the array controller card and go to properties. Set the rebuild rate to high.
Make sure you do a consistency check after the rebuild. The answer of the check will be in the event log
