We buy new and used from Stone Computer Supply www.stonecomp.com. Our marketing material gets new toners. Our letter size laserjets get used.
They drop ship the new ones and do their own refilling. We send them our empty new cartridges. Every once in a while when used toner goes bad, they always replace it at no charge. This is pretty rare though. Stone says they refill them one time only. Hth, Devin L.
