We use company called Applied Laser Technologies (www.altconnect.com). They're located locally, so they drop off new carts and pick up the old ones for us at no extra cost. They'll ship anywhere and are also part of a network that has partners throughout most of the continental US, so if you need local service or a local supplier they can probably find one for you. We have a problem with one of their refills maybe once a year (we use about 18-24 carts for various HP printers each month). Their service has also been very good (for anyone looking in the Cleveland, OH area).
