About 18 months ago this was looked at & found that teaming worked on one end or the other, not both. If the Cisco switch 5500 was setup to load balance the sys log would fill up with entry's relating to assigning the server's teamed mac address, i.e. the switch kept alternating which port it assigned the Compaq team mac address too. Consequently we set it up on the servers but not the switch. Anyone else experienced this behavior ?
