We have an Exchange 2000 server with a cert installed for webmail.profectus.co.uk.
We have taken over profectus, so we want the URL to become webmail.samsaraplc.com. Conveniently, the profectus cert expires soon, so I figured I won't bother renewing, and just get a cert for the new name. So I log onto the server, and run the IIS cert wizard, but it just gives me the option to renew or remove the existing cert. Is there a way of generating a cert request in this situation? Can I create a new website on the server and use that? Or even generate the request on another server then import the cert when I get it?
