Nothing, except for the event telling me that my drives(ie. D: and F:) is nearly full. 
 Would that do it?

If Netlogon service is having a problem starting, you will see that error.

What interesting events are in the event viewer?

Does the same thing happen in VGA mode startups?

What switches are you using?
