Here is my problem.....
We have some win2000 pro boxes with IE6 for people to surf the
internet with. These machines are locked down from the users changing
anything on them except for one thin.
In IE6 Print Menu ..(File-->Print) the user has the option to click find
printer and browse the network for printers. Now I could disable printer
broadcasting from the server, but I don't want the users to see anything on
the network(Domains or computers we have).
I have two options that I see ...
Disable this dam "Find Printer" button
Disable Printer broadcasting on the print server and take away
browsing from the client.
I want option 1 since IE6 print menu is the only place they can bring
up the "Find Printer" button ....
