I just went with CA eTrust 7.0 Not much I can say about their Tech Support, but the Remote install is wonderful.
The Remote install was the main reason I choose CA. I was impressed with the way it worked. CA is not extremely fast in releasing updates though, typically Norton and Trend will beat them with new updates.
