right, now, you can overload the one in supp-mps.tex in you local
cont-sys.tex, but what is better, you can repair a bug in texexec:
There is a line there saying:
$TeXShell eq (MikTeX)
which is pretty wrong and should be
if ($TeXShell =~ /MikTeX/io)
that way, texexec will set the right flag (kind of). Can you try that?
