It seems that runperl isn't the only program that has problems with spaces in the pathnames. When I tried to uninstall fpTeX (to move it to a safer location) many of the components weren't uninstalled, and their path was shown just as
c:\Program which is of course the path up until the whitespace. I'm sure that some components may not be removable (if they are shared or something) but the uninstall left 108 megabytes... (I can easily remove that myself, of course.) Perhaps there ought to be a prominent warning about whitespace? Or perhaps I'm just doing things wrong... -- Magnus Lie Hetland The Anygui Project http://hetland.org http://anygui.org
