Well, my problem is (perhaps) similar to the one posted earlier today. I
have installed tetex (Cygwin). When I run texexec on a file (say
new.tex) I get the following output
TeXExec 2.1 - ConTeXt / PRAGMA ADE 1997-2000
executable : pdfetex
format : cont-en
inputfile : new
output : standard
interface : en
current mode : all
TeX run : 1
cont-en: not found
run time : 1 seconds
[05:14:42][d:/abhi/mydoc/context]>lstat(./pdfetex) failed ...
./pdfetex: No such file or directory
This is pdfeTeX, Version 3.14159-14f-released-20000525-2.1 (Web2C 7.3.3)

Can somebody explain what does "lstat(./pdfetex) failed ..." means.
Also the last statement " ! End of file on the terminal... why?",
