Howdy-
I've noticed that \placecontents is generating some errors, the origin
of which I'm not quite able to identify. The following typesets fine
when the \placecontents is commented out...

\setuplist[chapter][before=\blank,style=cap]
\setuplist[section]
\definecombinedlist[contents][chapter,section]

\chapter[chp:one]{First}
Text for chapter one.
