So if I want to use, e.g., \showbodyfont in a non-Latin document, what exactly do I
have to do to get everything (like the name of the font, control sequences and size
info)  in roman (English,
German, or Dutch) script except for the actual font sample?

P.S. What about the 14pt \setupbodyfont option? (Not terribly relevant, but the new
LaTeX memoir class has also added a 14pt document option, though I had nothing to do
with that:->)
Is there an easy way to do this?
