did you also say at some point:
\definecombinedlist
[content]
[section,subsection,subsubsection]
[criterium=local,
interaction=all]
and did you say:
\placecombinedlist[content][interaction=all]
This is what I did. Perhaps some of it is redundant but at least
it works :-).
